La giornata si presentava sotto una pioggia battente, mettendo a dura prova i piani degli sposi che avevano scelto di celebrare la cerimonia all’aperto, in linea con le tradizioni della Chiesa Messianica Nuova Antiochia ispirate alla tradizione ebraica, quali la capanna su quattro pali con la bandiera di Israele (חופה, chuppah), la lettura delle sette promesse o la rottura del bicchiere a fine cerimonia, senza dimenticare l’uso della Kippaah da parte dello sposo e del ministro di culto. Ma la determinazione di Ilaria e Luca, insieme alla loro fede, ha permesso di superare ogni ostacolo.
